Delivery Information

Lead Time

Please note all filters are made-to-order and lead-times quoted on our website must be considered provisional, particularly for larger orders - due to current high filter demand and longer raw material supply lead-times. Please do not book in work without contacting us for up to date lead-times. Orders are usually despatched within the stated number of working days from receipt of payment, dependant on the filter type and order quantity. If an order has items with different lead times all items will be despatched together. Delivery of large items to residential addresses, Northern Ireland, Islands and Highlands may take longer to deliver.

Cost

For mainland United Kingdom orders the standard packing & carriage cost is £15.00 + VAT, regardless of order quantity or number of packages. For Islands and Highlands the base packing & carriage cost is £30.00 + VAT with extra charges for large items such as media rolls. For Northern Ireland, please contact us for exact costs.

Address Information

It is your responsibility to provide the correct address when placing your order. We cannot be held responsible for lost packages due to incorrect delivery details.

Failed Delivery

We cannot deliver orders if nobody is available to sign for them. For non-commercial deliveries we cannot leave packages in a porch, garage or anything else. If orders are returned un-delivered we will contact you to let you know we have them. If you require us to re-deliver we will charge our standard carriage cost to do so.

Damaged Parcels

All parcels received must be inspected for damage upon receipt. Where evidence of damage is apparent, this must be brought to the attention of the delivery person and damage indicated when signing for the delivery. No liability can be accepted by ourselves or the carrier unless any damages are signed for as such in the presence of the delivery person.
