Reticulated Foam Sheets

Polyester reticulated foam sheets are open cell and commonly used for air filtering applications, having low pressure and good dust-holding properties. Foam has the added benefit of being cleanable by vacuuming and washing with warm water. Being washable the media is suitable for damp conditions.

Available in a range of PPI (pores per inch) porosity grades, designating the number of pores per linear inch. The lower the PPI the coarser the foam. 20PPI, 30PPI, 45PPI and 60PPI avaiable to purchase online.

The foam is machine sliced into sheets of various thickness options from a block.

Fire Retardant to FMVSS 302. Colour: Charcoal. Thickness Tolerance +/-1mm or +/-3mm for small batches.

Important: This foam is for AIR FILTRATION ONLY. Not suitable for water filtration or aquarium filtration - the flame retardant coating is dangerous to fish.
